1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

To contact us, please use the contact form on our website. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Property Sale Pack website at propertysalepack.co.uk, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase the Pack.

These terms apply to all visitors to the website and to all purchasers of the Property Sale Pack. Where you purchase the Pack, a separate contract is formed between you and us on the terms set out in clause 4 below.

3. Use of This Website

This website is provided for general informational purposes. You may use it to:

• Learn about Property Sale Pack and the digital product we offer.
• Access free guides, checklists, and tools in the Resource Library.
• Purchase the Property Sale Pack.
• Contact us using the contact form.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use of it.

4. Purchase of the Property Sale Pack

The Property Sale Pack is a digital information product available for a one-off payment of £39, processed via Stripe. A contract between you and us is formed at the point of successful payment. No physical product will be dispatched.

Digital access is granted immediately upon payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

The Pack contains guides, checklists, and tools designed to help UK residential property sellers prepare for sale. It does not constitute legal advice, conveyancing services, or financial advice. See clause 7 below.

5. Cancellation Rights and Cooling-Off Waiver

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have the right to cancel a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the contract being formed (the "cooling-off period").

However, you lose this right once access to the digital content has begun, provided that:

• You have given your explicit prior consent to the supply of the digital content beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period; and
• You have acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once access begins.

Both of these consents are obtained via a checkbox at the point of checkout. By ticking that checkbox and completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your cancellation right is waived from the moment access is granted.

If you do not wish to waive your cancellation right, do not tick the consent checkbox and do not proceed with the purchase until you are certain you wish to access the content immediately.

6. Refund Policy

Because the Property Sale Pack is digital content to which access is granted immediately upon payment, and because you will have confirmed your consent to immediate access and your waiver of the 14-day cooling-off right at the point of checkout, no refunds are available once the Pack has been accessed.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the content after purchase, please contact us via the contact form and we will resolve it promptly.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If the digital content is faulty or does not conform to the contract, you retain your statutory remedies.

7. Access Duration

Access to the Property Sale Pack and associated content is granted on a lifetime basis from the date of purchase. Access does not expire automatically.

However, Property Sale Pack reserves the right to restrict or withdraw access to your account and pack content after 12 months from the date of purchase. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice should this policy be applied. This restriction is intended to apply only where the account is no longer actively used in connection with a property sale.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable legislation.

8. Not a Law Firm — No Legal Advice

Property Sale Pack is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on this website or in the Pack constitutes legal advice, and no solicitor-client relationship is created by your use of this website or by purchasing the Pack.

If you require legal advice in connection with the sale of your property, you should instruct a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer. Property Sale Pack does not act as a conveyancer and does not provide conveyancing services.

9. Informational Content Only

The content on this website and in the Pack is provided for general informational purposes only. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information.
